Nepal in March

Are you planning a trip to Nepal in March? March is a great month to go trekking in Nepal’s Himalayas because the weather is pleasant and the trails are less crowded than during peak tourist seasons such as April – May and October – November

The Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of Nepal’s most famous trekking routes in March. This 150 to 230km hike takes you through divers landscapes, from lush forests to high Thorong La Pass, with incredible views of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountain ranges.

In March, if you’re thinking for a less crowded trek, consider the Langtang Kyanjin Ri trek or Pikey Peak trek. The trek passes through Langtang National Park, which is known for its diverse flora and fauna, including rhododendron forests, wild orchids, and rare Himalayan species. In March, the valley is alive with blooming wild rhododendron, offering a stunning backdrop for your March adventure in the Himalayas.
