Great trip organized amidst global chaosWe planned this trip to the Manaslu region for 20+ months. We aren’t OCD, we just got hit with ole COVID when we were planning to go, and things were forced to be postponed. For 20 months, Chhiring and I have a detailed back and forth via email about the trip, always prompt with responses. We went in Oct 2021, amidst global restrictions and lots of travel requirements, and we had no issues. Tindu our guide was there to greet us at the airport upon arrival, and helped us out with everything we needed pre-, during, and post-trip. It was a bit stressful traveling and planning during covid, but these guys had us taken care of. I would highly recommend this company for any Nepal treks you might want to do. They know the region, they know the system, and they know how to create a great experience in Nepal.

Dhaulagiri TrekChhiring Sherpa and Ang Thindu Sherpa, handled the administrative and logistics of my trek competently, an especially important matter during the coronavirus epidemic. They obtained a pre-approved Trekking Visa, Cornavirus Crisis Management Center forms and arranged in-country travel, lodging and meals , minimizing my stress and confusion as a non-Nepali speaker in Nepal for the first time. More importantly, Ang Thindu, my guiding Sherpa, expertly negotiated the trail during a whiteout at approximately 16,700 feet, immediately following Dhampus Pass. We were down to Jomsom and safe the following day.And Thindu aided me in obtaining a coronavirus test during the lockdown of Kathmandu, so that I could get my flight out of Nepal on April 30, prior to strict closures on international travel from Nepal.
