Your journey starts early in the morning with a drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. The drive takes around 6-7 hours, passing through the Trishuli Bazaar and Dhunche.
On the way, you will be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Langtang Himalayas. After arriving in Syabrubesi, you can explore the village and rest for the night.
The trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang takes around 6 hours. The trail passes through lush forests and terraced fields, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
You will also be able to experience the traditional culture and lifestyle of the Tamang people, who are the predominant inhabitants of this area. After reaching Gatlang, you can explore the village and visit the ancient monastery.
The trek from Gatlang to Tatopani takes around 5 – 6 hours. The trail passes through beautiful landscapes and offers breathtaking views of the Langtang Himalayas.
You will also be able to experience the natural hot springs of Tatopani, which are believed to have medicinal properties. After reaching Tatopani, you can relax in the hot springs and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The trek from Briddim to Syabrubesi takes around 3-4 hours. The trail passes through beautiful landscapes and offers stunning views of the Langtang Himalayas. After reaching Syabrubesi, you can relax and explore the village.
After breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu, which takes around 6-7 hours. You will be dropped off at your hotel, where your Tamang Heritage Trail trek ends.
You can either stay back in Kathmandu today and enjoy a free day or leave for your respective countries.
